Pacesetter Program and Matching Bonus

As a Pacesetter, you receive special recognition and unlock extra incentives. You achieve this by completing the following your first 13 weeks as a USANA Brand Partner:
- Sell at least 1,600 points in USANA products to personally enrolled Brand Partners, Preferred Customers, or Affiliates.
- Build your business by enrolling four Brand Partners who activate at least one Business Centre during your 13-week qualification period.
- Retain your four new Brand Partners, helping them remain commission-qualified for at least eight consecutive weeks from activation.
Milestone Bonuses lead you from simply sharing products to growing your USANA business and earning weekly commissions. And the Milestone 3 bonus earns you an elite status—Pacesetter.
Pacesetters also receive a bonus equal to 10% of the weekly base commissions earned by Brand Partners you’ve enrolled who become Pacesetters. Your total Matching Bonus can equal your weekly base commission.
To maintain your Pacesetter status and any Matching Bonus, sponsors must complete the three Pacesetter requirements each year, within 13 weeks of your enrolment anniversary.
Brand Partner A enrolled 12 weeks ago. They’re excited to sell products, build a team, and earn Milestone Bonuses to reach Pacesetter. This week they generated 1,600 sales points from purchases made by his sponsored Brand Partners, Preferred Customers, and Affiliates. He also enrolled his fourth new Brand Partner, Brand Partner B.
If Brand Partner B—along with the other three new Brand Partners—activates at least one Business Centre during the 13-week qualification four-week rolling period and remains commission qualified for two consecutive four-week rolling periods, Brand Partner A will earn Pacesetter.
And if Brand Partner B reaches Pacesetter, Brand Partner A is rewarded with 10% Matching Bonus on Brand Partner B’s base commissions. As a sponsor, Brand Partner A will keep earning this 10% match by annually requalifying for Pacesetter
If Brand Partner B—along with the other three new Brand Partners—activates at least one Business Centre during the 13-week qualification four-week rolling period and remains commission qualified for two consecutive four-week rolling periods, Brand Partner A will earn Pacesetter.
And if Brand Partner B reaches Pacesetter, Brand Partner A is rewarded with 10% Matching Bonus on Brand Partner B’s base commissions. As a sponsor, Brand Partner A will keep earning this 10% match by annually requalifying for Pacesetter
